AUTHOR INFO
Fergal Bannon was born in Ireland and moved to Australia in 2008. When the writing
bug sank its teeth shortly after he arrived Down Under, he completed a suite of
screenplays that received favourable appraisals from various Hollywood competitions.
Frustrated by the improbability of seeing them turned into blockbusters anytime soon,
he re-cast the series as Hypoxia, a collection of short stories, one of which was a
prizewinner at the Continuum 13 Speculative Fiction Convention in 2017. He has
recently released three more novels – Death by Mooonlight, a comedy-horror satire about killer cows; a dark thriller called Charnel House; and an apocalyptic thriller called Annulment.
